Why This Project Matters
In today's job market, staying updated on hiring trends is crucial for job seekers and industry professionals. To gain insights into the demand for "Data" jobs, I scraped 360 job listings from Glints (as of Feb 19, 2025) and analyzed key trends in hiring, salary, and skill requirements.
Key Findings
12 jobs are posted per day on average (Jan 19 – Feb 19, 2025).
Data Analyst is the most in-demand role (33 listings).
Average salary is ~Rp5 million, ranging from Rp1 million – Rp45 million.
Top required skills vary by role—detailed insights available in the report!
Data Analysis Process
